Vacationers who seek a stunning shoreline in a secluded part of town should check out Bottom Harbour Beach, a pretty, but less popular part of the coast.
Bottom Harbour Beach is located in the most developed area of North Eleuthera, so simply following Queen's Highway North and forking right the first chance you get will have you at the beach. This fork will be past Gregory Town.
Another Bahamian beach of paradise, Bottom Harbour features soft clean sand and sparkling clear water that is picture perfect. The beach club on the beach is only located on a small section of the beach, so it is easier than you may think to escape to a quieter section.
This beach has public restrooms——something you'll appreciate if you spend more than a couple of hours here.
Secluded away, Bottom Harbour Beach with its choice of amenities are bound to be a good choice for tourists that hope to get away from the crowds, since it happens to be hiding within a quiet area. As such, you will generally find all facilities open to use, not having been scooped up by others.
This spot is on the Northwest coast of Eleuthera. It's located near the Cove Eleuthera and any nearby accommodations, it can be found three miles to the southeast, and is perhaps the most conveniently located hotel reachable from Bottom Harbour Beach, despite there not being too many other nearby places of interest.

The town ofis close-by and is not an overly urbanized area, but still has its fair share of things to do. From the shore, Dunmore Town is not far away, maybe three miles (five kilometers).
The popularity of this spot on any given day can vary, depending on everything from the time the sun sets to how many people have booked nearby hotels. This beach is not near many large hotels, but you may see guests from smaller lodgings in the area.

Even after a restful afternoon at the beach, the day isn't truly complete until you walk to a nearby restaurant, where you'll be able to dive into The Bahamas' specialty dishes, without having to stray too far. Acquapazza is one of the closest eateries. The restaurant offers both Italian and Mediterranean menu items. They have become well-known, however, because of their pasta and seafood. Of course, there are lots of other spots along the coast of Eleuthera, so Bottom Harbour Beach is just one of your options.
Another location you might enjoy is Pink Sands Beach, found three and a half miles away. Prepare to be swept away by the gorgeous shores of the Bahama's Pink Snds Beach. But, if you're interested in a more active beach, you might like Whale Point Beach. It's found three quarters of a mile to the north.
Another sun-drenched spot to consider is Gaulding's Cay Beach, located only a short distance away.
The Bahamas has a lot to offer its visitors, but visiting Bottom Harbour Beach or the other beautiful beaches in the area can make your time in the Bahamas even more memorable.
