Featuring the history of the area's maritime history, the Admiral House welcomes any visitor interested in naval, British, colonial, or just general history. Visitors will gain an insight as to the importance of the dockyard for Antigua as well as how similar dockyards shaped the Caribbean as a whole.
This museum is situated a little more than a mile (approximately two kilometers) southeast of Falmouth Harbour, and is within Nelson's Dockyard National Park.

Situated within Nelson's Dockyard National Park, this historical site is a little more than a mile (approximately two kilometers) to the south-southeast of the center of Falmouth Harbour.
3 | Nelsons Dockyard Park
Nelson's Dackyard is more than just a national park. It is also is a historical site and commercial center that attracts visitors from around the world, who spend time exploring the many museums, forts, and ruins along with boutiques, small cafes, and gift shops.
This park is situated on the bay, and is a short distance from Nelson's Ruins Southeast.

4 | Dockyard Museum
Originally built in 1855, Nelson's Dockyard served as the officer's quarters in the Royal Navy Dockyard. The building was restored and used as the National Parks Office in the 1970s, but by 1997 the rooms were once again restructured and put to use as the Dockyard Museum.
Interested visitors will find this museum on the same premises as Nelson's Dockyard National Park.

5 | Fort Berkeley
This impressive fort at one time stood as the harbor's main protection from enemy navies. Built in 1704, the fort would eventually be armed with at leas twenty-five cannons that could reach about a mile and a half each, a clear deterrent to any approaching ships.
Travelers will be able to find this historical site on the southern outskirts of English Harbour, a short distance from Dockyard Museum.

2 | Shirley Heights Fort
Shirley Heights is one of the most popular attractions in Antigua. Once a military lookout, the property is now home to a restaurant and bar that is famous for hosting a party every Sunday night as well as a handful of historic relics.
Visitors can find this historical site within easy traveling distance from English Harbour, a short distance from Lookout Trail.
