787 Fishing is run by Captain Marcos Hanke, a marine biologist and experienced fisherman who has spent 25 years on the water. He has set numerous fishing records and can easily take you to the top fishing grounds every day.

Offerings and Cost

787 specializes in deep sea, light tackle, and fly fishing. They offer Tarpon fishing half day, which last 4 hours, and full day trips lasting 8 hours. They also offer charters based on marine research. These Scientific Research Charters allow guests to choose from several types of data collection studies to participate in, some of which include Mahi or Tuna tagging, Barotrauma effects of Reef Fish, Shark tagging, and Genetic samples of Blackfin or Yellowfin Tuna.

Inshore half day trips for 1-2 passengers costs $450. For 3-4 passengers it will cost $520. Every extra passenger will cost $100 maxing out at 6 passengers total. For their offshore trips, 1-4 passengers can ride for a half day costing $650 or a full day costing $950. A half day Scientific Research Charter is $650 for 1-2 guests or $750 for 2-3. A full day research charter is $950 for up to 4 guests.

What to Expect

The fleet at 787 includes a 22 foot center console perfect for inshore fishing and a 26 foot center console that can handle in shore and seep sea fishing.
