Braata is local Chef Digby Stridiron's newest creation. This Rum Bar and West Indian Kitchen that serves up delicious Caribbean food and cocktails.


Chef Stridiron offers up delicious variations of Roti, with the option of Veggie, Chicken, or Shrimp. He also serves customers Ginger Jerk Chicken for a unique kick. The menu is not fixed, so even regular guests will not get stuck in a routine. Other dishes recently featured include griot with shrimp palau and accra with chimmichurri.

Braata is a popular bar and grill that happens to specialize in Caribbean cuisine. When it comes to dress code and level of service, this restaurant's setting is informal. This location is open for brunch, lunch, and dinner, allowing you and your group to try this restaurant almost any time the mood strikes.


The space is decorated with the Chef Stridiron's own keepsakes that have been collected throughout his Caribbean travels, emanating a historic and all-encompassing aura of the island chain.
