Things to See and Do While Staying at The Royal Islander Hotel

Even though guests probably won't find that many recreational opportunities at The Royal Islander Hotel, that certainly shouldn't imply there aren't plenty of other intriguing things to do and see when you visit Grand Bahama Island in the Bahamas.

The Royal Islander Hotel has one swimming pool, so during your spare time you won't need to go far to break from your group, or hang poolside with everyone. A lot of vacationers would rather lay on the closest shore even though a swimming pool may be right on property. The closest beach to the property is Xanadu Beach, which is a mile and a half away.

Golf

Though The Royal Islander Hotel does not have a golf course, you may be able to arrange a tee time during your stay. The nearest course is The Reef Club Golf Course, which you'll find three miles from the hotel. The course has 18 holes. The course is a par 72, with a total length of 6515 yards. If you'd like more information or want to inquire about the possibility of reserving a tee time, the course can be contacted at (866) 870-7148.
