You'll be golfing alongside some of the island's swankiest resorts and residences, and you'll finish up by playing the final three holes alongside the picturesque Half Moon Bay. While the views are especially stunning on the home stretch, those from the front nine are nothing to sneeze at either. You'll need to be cautious with the breezes though, as they come from a variety of directions and can be rather stiff at times.
The course at Royal St. Kitts is open year-round. Tourists can head over knowing that it will be a modern, relatively new golf course. It was built in 2004. The course layout, holes, and feared sand traps all came from the imagination of Thomas McBroom, the lead architect of the course. The golf course features a course rating of 68.6, and its 18 holes stretch out 5877 yards. Also be aware that they've got a pro, Sean Gradomski, at the grounds who can help first-timers work on their skills or provide advanced help for accomplished golfers.
Situated on one of the narrower parts of St. Kitts, golfers will be gazing at the Atlantic to the north and the Caribbean to the south. The course features a number of large water hazards, and benefits from some very innovative bunker designs. The fairways are winding on the majority of holes, but you shouldn't have to worry about too many trees getting in your way when you decide to go straight for the green.

The popularity this golf course on any given day can vary, depending on everything from the time the sun sets to how many people have booked rooms nearby.
