Eden Rock Diving Center

Specializing in excursions to Eden's Rock and Devil's Grotto, Eden Rock Diving offers equipment rentals, guided snorkeling, and guided dives. With options available every day of the week, you'll be able to see two of the most prominent underwater sites in the world during your island stay.

Offerings and Cost

Guided dives leave each day at 9:00 a.m., 11:00 a.m., and 2:00 p.m. A one tank dive takes about 90 minutes, and a two tank dive, about three hours. Maximum depths for these dives are 45 feet.

Their Discover Course and Dive is of special value. It is a seamless course and dive which is taken in the ocean, taking only three hours to complete and seeing some of the best shallow diving on the island. Their two tank guided dive visits the best of Eden Rock and Devil's Grotto. These spots are ideal for night diving, which is included in the Advanced PADI course. They also feature some great wildlife sights, where guests have been known to spot eel and tarpon. Offering gorgeous slivers of daylight that pour through the cracks, you will not forget this experience.

A one tank dive with equipment is $70, but you'll save and spend only $45(USD) if you bring your own equipment and need only the tanks and weights. A two tank guided dive with equipment, meanwhile, is $110 and a two tank guided dive with just tanks and weights is $85(USD).

Eden Rock also offers training and certification. The Discover Scuba course with one shore dive and equipment is $110, a Repeat Discover Dive is $70, the PADI Open Water Diver Certification course is $400, PADI Referral Dives are $270, and Cruise and Dive Referral Dives are $170(USD).

What to Expect

In honor of the silversides that visit each year, the diving center has opened a restaurant and bar, Silverside Rum Gallery & Grill, on the 2nd floor of their facility. This modern waterfront bar offers a relaxed and hip vibe to visitors.

Any guest who has not participated in a dive for three years are more is required to participate in a refresher course.
