Hidden behind a large stone wall, they provide Governor's Harbour with delicious cuisine and high quality groceries from Europe and the Americas, and they use many of these ingredients in preparing the foods on their menu.
For breakfast, guests can fill up on hot ricotta pancakes, eggs Benedict, Belgian waffles and poached eggs. Lunches are usually fresh salads with either grilled chicken, shrimp, tenderloin or other additions. There is also chicken curry salad, wraps and sometimes guests are treated to Indian food. To quench your thirst, coffees, teas, soft drinks, wine by the glass or bottle and beers are also available.

Many of their items are imported from Europe or the United States, providing western tourists with food that reminds them of home. They have peppers, cheese, meats, oils, spices, spreads, seafood, rice, pasta, drinks, canned foods, fresh fruit, chocolates and other produce.
There is a shaded open air terrace where guests can enjoy breakfast or lunch; there is also a large Buddha fountain that guests can lounge and dine by. Inside, the vivid yellow walls match the cheerful colors of the fresh fruits and vegetables. A display case is filled with enticing treats and pastries that are made in-house.
Located toward the center of Bacchus Fine Foods makes an enticing option for those in the region. For locals and vacationers who plan on staying in or around Governors Harbour, this dining establishment is situated to the east of town.
To get to Bacchus Fine Foods, go to the top of the hill in Governors Harbour then turn right after a couple hundred yards. There will be a high stone wall with double doors in it. You can either park here or turn right into the driveway and park outside he store.
If you'd like to combine your dining experience with some local sightseeing possibilities, you'll find at least a couple worthwhile sites within a reasonable distance, like Leon Levy Native Plant Preserve.
Something else to see during your time in this area is Tippy's Beach, which is nearby beach where the entire family can relax.
Being able to visit a variety of interesting restaurants can enhance your entire experience on any vacation. With that being said, guests really love that this area of Eleuthera features several restaurants that serve up interpretations on all kinds of food.
