Part botanical garden and part preserve, the Leon Levy Native Plant Preserve is a privately protected forest dedicated to the native plants that grow in the Bahamas that have become under threat from invasive species.
When coming to the Leon Levy Preserve, guests will be able to explore a variety of trails that will lead them throughout the park to see some of the native plants. Additionally, guests will learn of the benefit the native plants offer, and how the invasive plants can hinder those benefits.
Leon Levy Native Plant Preserve is situated near the heart of the island of Eleuthera, near South Palmetto Point; it is 2.0 miles to the east of Governors Harbour.

The park is open every day of the week from 9:00am until 5:00pm.
The preserve is only closed on Christmas Day and New Years Day.
General admission into the preserve is $5 for adults, $4 for seniors, and $3 for children 12 and under.
