The Edge specializes in using local ingredients with a twist to create what they call "Fun food." Grilled fish and chicken, burgers are on the menu for lunch, with your choice of a fries or a wedge salad on the side. They also have a lobster-fruit salad available when lobster is in season.

There are seven tables, though larger parties can be accommodated with advanced notice. In addition to tables they have a bench just above the beach and gentle surf, and a few sunloungers and deck chairs so guests can kick back and relax. They even offer changing rooms and a semi-private shower for guests who wish the freshen up after coming right off the beach.
