These spots may be perfect for those who need a break from crowds, but other visitors prefer lounging in the livelier environment at Grand Anse Beach.

How to Access The Beach

Situated on the southwestern side of Grenada, travelers will find beautiful Grand Anse Beach. Two miles of soft white sand line the turquoise waters of the Caribbean, where the surf is gentle and visibility is excellent. Palm and sea grape trees shade the edge of the beach during peak sun hours.

The concession stand located here is another lunchtime alternative. Depending on the season and time of day, you may also be able to get lunch from one of the mobile vendors who typically set up on this shoreline.

Whether you're eating lunch or just a snack at, you'll appreciate the available picnic tables.

You will be able to use a public restroom at Grand Anse Beach. You will also have access to umbrellas and chairs here, so visitors looking for a break from the hot sun will not be disappointed. The water here is fit for snorkeling, so grab your gear if you want to see what lies beneath the surface. Grand Anse Beach is popular among tourists and locals, so there are always plenty of people around. Local vendors set up on the beach and tourists stream from the luxury resorts located on the beach's edge.
