A relative taco and margarita bar, the menu at Carlos & Martin's features a number of Tex-Mex plates like tacos, burritos, enchiladas, nachos, and fajitas alongside 17 Cuervo Margaritas.

Agave Grill

Located a quarter mile east of downtown Georgetown, Agave Grill is on Ed's Plaza . Pay a visit or two to Georgetown when you just can't help your cravings for tacos. All of their beef is USDA "choice" which has been marinated for 24 hours in their popular sauces to add that extra special flavor. Pork and chicken are also available as an option for their tacos, burritos, and more. Don't forget to try their homemade mole, pico de gallo, and guacamole.
