Tukka offers perhaps some of the most interesting fusion food in the Caribbean -- Australian cuisine with a Caribbean twist. Ron Hargrave, the owner and head chef, is from Australia, and has created a menu of authentic dishes that are decidedly influenced by Caribbean flavors. For a real treat, ask for the Chef's Tasting Menu, upon which you will be brought a five course dinner of the chef's choosing. A vegetarian menu is available.
Tukka serves dishes influenced by Australian and Caribbean cuisines. The style of the restaurant and its dishes is considered by most to be informal. They are open for business during breakfast, dinner, and lunch, so your family can sample their cuisine at almost any meal.
