At Tukka, they Cayman Islands and Australia collide to create a fusion menu that is simply irresistible.
Tukka offers perhaps some of the most interesting fusion food in the Caribbean -- Australian cuisine with a Caribbean twist. Ron Hargrave, the owner and head chef, is from Australia, and has created a menu of authentic dishes that are decidedly influenced by Caribbean flavors. For a real treat, ask for the Chef's Tasting Menu, upon which you will be brought a five course dinner of the chef's choosing. A vegetarian menu is available.
Tukka serves food of both Australian and Caribbean cuisines. The style of dining and service here is considered to be informal. This dining option is on the table during breakfast, lunch, and dinner, allowing you and your group to try this restaurant almost any time the mood strikes.
