Shopping on Grand Turk

Shopping is not Grand Turk's strong suit, but if you know where to look you'll be able to find some unique and memorable trinkets to take home with you as souvenir of your time spend on the island.

Those who arrive via cruise ship will often have the best luck shopping because many local businesses cater to this clientele and only open up when a ship is in port.  This is when the businesses at the Grand Turk Cruise Center and along Front Street are all busy and ready to sell their products.  Keep an eye out for locally made options like items crafted out of driftwood and shells and skip the generic souvenirs that you can find at any cruise port in the Caribbean.

Specialty Shops

One of the more interesting speciality shops in this area is Diamonds International Grand Turk. They're located within southern Grand Turk. Located at the shopping center at the Grand Turk Cruise Terminal, this Diamonds International is the perfect spot for Caribbean cruisers to pick up a fine piece of jewelry duty free. If you have questions, call them at (649) 946-1349.
