Dive Exuma is the only independent scuba diving organization on the island of Great Exuma. They operate out of the Government Dock in Georgetown, which makes them easily accessible for most, and because they specialize in safety and training courses, you know that this PADI Five Star Resort is a group of divers that you can rely on.
Those new to the sport can sign up for the Discover Scuba Diving class, or begin the certification process with the PADI Open Water Diver Course. Even previously certified divers can expand their knowledge with advanced courses. Once you are fully certified, you can participate in one of the numerous certified dives offered by the company that will take you out to reefs, caves, wreck sites, blue holes, and more.
Those who aren't up for full-on diving can take advantage of the snorkeling tours that Dive Exuma offers as well.
A one tank dive is only $90, and you'll save by signing up for a two tank dive for just $140(USD). Specialty dives include a night dive for $120 and a Long Island shark dive for $180(USD). If you're traveling with friends or family who don't want to dive, but plan to come along for the ride, the cost is $30(USD).
Need certification first? The introductory resort course is $55, while Open Water PADI Certification is $700(USD). Advanced Courses are $600, and there are several specialty courses that range in price from $175 to $450(USD).
Dive Exuma also offers several tours that do not include scuba diving, such as a half day snorkeling tour and a two hour paddle board tour. Both are $70(USD).
