Located in the heart of the island of Green Turtle Cay, in the general vicinity of Fiddle Cay, Ocean Beach is on the East coast of the island, You should consider stopping by regardless of whether you're staying particularly close by. The beaches in the Bahamas aren't usually known for their peace and quiet, however, Ocean Beach is tamer than most, making it just the right spot for vacationers who'd prefer to stay out of the busiest areas.
Ocean Beach is found just east of Loyalist Road, encompassing the long stretch between Green Turtle Estates and the Green Turtle Club and Marina.
Ocean Beach is undeveloped, so while you should not expect anything in terms of amenities or services, you can be sure that the atmosphere will be peaceful and the sand soft. Visitors will find this beach on the East coast of Green Turtle Cay. It is near Memorial Sculpture Garden, which is not far from away. Some will choose to walk here, while others will want to take a taxi, and it is among the popular spots in the area.
If you're interested in mixing culture with your visit to the beach, you might want to consider visiting Albert Lowe Museum. This museum is relatively near Ocean Beach, so it could be a welcomed alternative to hot afternoon activities.
