An obvious benefit of visiting a culturally rich area like Grenada is getting to sample the wonderful assortment of foods found in the region.
Cabier Ocean Lodge has one restaurant of its own, Cabier Ocean Lodge Restaurant, giving travelers an opportunity to dine without leaving the property.
Due to the nature of the Cabier Ocean Lodge, this facility does not offer your typical dining options. Guests are invited to prepare meals for themselves in the privacy of their units, or head down to the on-site eatery for one-of-a-kind culinary treats. The menu at the restaurant is constantly changing, and the hotel often doesn't know the content of their dinner until later in the day. They serve their fish freshly caught the same day, and boast produce harvested from local farmers.
Begin your day with a filling breakfast, which typically includes fresh fruit and juices, eggs cooked to order, toast, freshly-brewed coffee and tea, sausages and more. Lunches are offered upon request, and guests may choose to order from an a la carte menu. Dinners are served in a single sitting, and feature three courses. Those operating on a special diet are urged to inform the chefs of their situation in advance, to allow for their needs to be accommodated.
With room service, guests can have thier favorite breakfast foods in bed, or a quiet, private dinner in their rooms.
