Galby Bay

Galby Bay is located along the southeast coast of Grenada. Although this is one of the larger and more popular beaches in the area, it remains largely uncrowded.

Positioned on the island of Grenada, 2.3 miles east of St. Davids, Galby Bay is on the South East edge of the island, You should consider stopping by regardless of whether you are staying particularly close by. This beach is not just another beach attraction, it's one of the rare "quiet" beaches on Grenada. While Galby Bay may be a little harder to reach, visiting this beach instead of a more crowded one could make your experience less stressful.

Amenities and Ambiance

Galby Bay features pristine tan colored sand backed by miles of trees. Parts of the shore are a bit rocky, and to one side is a fresh water pond.

Keep in mind that restrooms won't be found on-site, but you may be able to find facilities at a nearby business. You will find the water here is fit for snorkeling, so purchase or rent some equipment if you're wanting to check out the underwater sites.

Galby Bay brings guests a calm and peaceful experience, thanks to the fact that the area surrounding the beach isn't too crowded at all.

You'll find this beach on the South East coast of Grenada. It is close to Westerhall Rum Distillery, which is located two and a half miles away, and it is among the attractions in the area.
