Grand Etang National Park and Forest is a nature preserve found in central Grenada. Varied species of birds, lizards, and other animals make their home in the Grand Etang National Park and Forest.

Travelers looking to locate a another great natural attraction will enjoy exploring choices like Mt. Hartman Dove Sanctuary. Mt. Hartman Dove Sanctuary is located near Woburn Bay.

Sandy Island Marine Park: Sandy Island Marine Park is an island that remains untouched by human hands, and the crystal clear waters that surround it are a favorite amongst snorkelers.

Waterfalls

Concord Waterfall

Even though most travelers have heard about the beautiful water and coastline, those aren't the only way to experience the natural beauty of the land. Grenada offers multiple choices, including 8 waterfalls.

You might want to visit Concord Waterfall, which is situated in central Grenada. Better than just one, Concord Waterfall is actually a collection of three! Tucked away deep in the forest and mountains this is a less visited, albeit still popular site then some of the tourist falls.

Another attraction worth considering is Annandale Waterfalls. It is located in Willis, in central Grenada. This is an easy waterfall to get to. Not far from St. George's, taking the main road East out of the city will take you towards the village where the waterfall is located.

Parks and Botanical Gardens

La Sagessee Nature Center

Travelers can enjoy several parks, or 10 botanical gardens on Grenada.

If you enjoy tropical vegetation, you might want to visit Hyde Park Garden, which is found in St. George's, Grenada. Hyde Park has been a grand estate and home to the Roberts family for over six generations. Recently, much of the property has been transformed into a fantastic garden that offers a tranquil stop on your tour of Grenada.

A second popular attraction in this category is La Sagessee Nature Center. La Sagessee Nature Center consists of a manor house hotel, a bar and restaurant, and tropical gardens.
