Soubise Beach

On Grenada's east coast is Soubise Beach. This beach is a quiet one, especially on week days when locals are at work, making it a great locale for visitors looking to enjoy the experience of having an entire beach to themselves for a few hours.

Located in Soubise, Soubise Beach is on the East coast of Grenada. You should consider stopping by even if you aren't staying very close. Grenada's beaches are hardly known for being secluded, but Soubise Beach is less exposed than the others, which offers some middle ground to those who'd prefer to stay out of the busiest areas.

How to Access The Beach
Soubise Beach is set along Sandel Street down a crudely paved road that leads straight to the shore.

Amenities and Ambiance

Soubise Beach is shaded by coconut palm trees and the tan colored sand is littered with drift wood and other debris that have washed ashore. The waters are dark blue, and can be a bit choppy.

Unfortunately, public restrooms aren't available, though you may be able to use the facilities at a nearby business. You'll find the waters off-shore to be of good snorkeling quality, so bring your equipment if you want to do some underwater exploration.

If you happen to prefer coasts which offer those who visit a serene place to escape, then you may want to try Soubise Beach; it's back within a less urban sector of Grenada.
