Tufton Hall Waterfall

The largest waterfall on the island, Tufton Hall has been secluded from official knowledge for many years, thanks to the tough terrain around it. However, those who do reach the falls are rewarded with a monstrous fall, pools fit for swimming, as well as smoking sulfur pools. For any hiker up to the task, this ultimate challange on Grenada is one that should not be missed.

Reaching nearly one-hundred feet long, this massive waterfall falls in a series of cascades that creates a site of immense beauty and a sound that emanates the beauty of the surroundings. Tucked away in jagged terrain and forests, Hufton Falls is surrounded by green trees and covered with grey and brown rocks. The ground takes after the mountainous region, and the constant drops and inclines will leave any hiker breathing heavy and longing for the crisp pool that awaits them at the falls.


Tufton Hall Waterfall can be found on the southeastern edge of Victoria, a town near Crayfish; it's to the northeast of Gouyave.

Expect to hike to this waterfall, the rough terrain and forest approach make any vehicle, even a four wheeler near useless. Located deep in the forest and mountains to the east of Victoria, a guide or local map will be needed to find this waterfall.
