Le Moule's shoreline is protected by a reef, and the waters are shallow and calm making for excellent swimming conditions even for younger swimmers. There are several beach bars along these shores, as well as one of the most famous surf spots in the region.

Located near the middle of the island of Grande-Terre, 0.7 miles east of Le Moule, this beach is on the South East coast of the island, You should consider dropping by regardless of whether you are staying in the vicinity. One beach that tends to attract a broad range of travelers is Le Moule, which is generally active and popular, but never too crowded. If you'd rather socialize than take a nap on a completely empty beach, but don't want to be inundated with noisy crowds, this beach has the best of bost worlds.

Amenities and Ambiance

With its pristine sandy shores and calm aquamarine waters, Le Moule is the ideal beach. This great beach is only a short drive north of St-FranaA|ois' shallow bay.

Of course, you could always try the shoreside restaurant right on Le Moule, which is the ultimate convenience for beachgoers. There are a lot of dining experiences to be enjoyed in Guadeloupe, but dining at the beach can be especially fun. Ask your hotel about picnic lunches, as some hotels offer to pack snacks for their guests' day trips. Otherwise, you could easily grab some of Guadeloupe's famous street food along the way.

There is also a concession stand available. On some days, it may be possible to get lunch from one of the local vendors who are typically found at this location.

Keep in mind that restrooms won't be found on-site, so those of you traveling with small children may want to consider another spot. This gorgeous stretch of sand can get pretty crowded especially on the weekends. Le Moule beach caters to all kinds of vacationers.

If you happen to enjoy sunny days which grant a peaceful experience, then you will want to try Le Moule; it is hidden away in a more natural sector of Grande-Terre.
