Singanga Restaurant

The resort makes every effort to find high-quality ingredients to create international favorites prepared with a Caribbean twist. Hamanasi believes in serving fresh, local fare prepared in a healthy, balanced and flavorful way. Traditional ingredients such as cocoa, cassava and yampie are staples in the kitchen’s “Fresh Meets Fusion” culinary philosophy. All meals are carefully prepared with your individual needs in mind.

Each morning, enjoy a continental breakfast of assorted fresh breads, eggs, fruit, yogurt, and granola along with fresh-squeezed juices, coffee and hot tea. If you’re seeking a heartier meal, try the filling breakfast burritos, Belizean omelets, stuffed jacks or French Toast. For lunch, sit down for a light meal of sandwich wraps, barbecue favorites, seafood, or quesadillas. At dinner, enjoy a fine dining experience featuring a rotational menu, ensuring a wide selection of choices throughout your stay. Also ask about special meal arrangements for romantic beach dining, poolside or even on your private veranda.

Among other options, the menu features seafood, and a variety of diverse flavors, including influences from both Caribbean and Fusion cuisines. The style of dining and service here is considered to be informal. When's the best time to come? They're open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, so your family can sample their cuisine at almost any meal.
