Hiking is a great way to get out and explore the landscape of Isla Mujeres.  There are several designated trails throughout the area, and if you have a knowledgeable guide, you can even strike out and see some more rugged areas.  Although development has been swift thanks to the growing popularity of this destination there is still plenty nature to be enjoyed.
