The closest one is Long Bay Beach. Because this beach can be found approximately two miles to the southeast of this lodge, you won't have to journey far to see it. Aptly named, this beach stretches a healthy distance up and down Jamaica's eastern shoreline and is perfect if you like quiet beach strolls. It is near development and there are some beachfront accommodations but the coast is mostly free of imposing structures.
If you're on the lookout for a stretch of sand that attracts very few tourists, Winnifred Beach might be worth a visit. This thin and picturesque beach is in a cove, surrounded by trees and brush. Its a perfect spot for a warm swim or a casual snorkeling exploration.

Christ Church is Port Antonio's oldest Anglican church has been a landmark in the city since 1840 when its construction was finished. Damaged by a hurricane in 1903, and rebuilt in 1911, it has since served as place of worship for the area.
