Whether you're sending a gift of island treats or just a postcard to say "Wish you were here," you'll need to enlist the aid of the postal services provided in Jamaica.

No matter where you stay in Jamaica, a post office isn't far off.  There are over 100 offices throughout the islands, and most towns have at least one.  The main branch is located in Kingston at 13 King Street, and those staying in Montego Bay will find their best option to be on 122 Barnett Street, plus, the front desk at most hotels are happy to post your mail for you.  Take a look at the chart below for listings of some of the larger branches on Jamaica.

The Postal Corporation of Jamaica also offers an Express Mail Service, which means next day delivery, for parcels that measure 22 pounds or less.  The service is relatively new and for now it is not terribly reliable.

Visitors will find mail services in Jamaica comparable to that in the United States, right down to the prices which are similar.  With branches spread out throughout the island and reliable delivery, you can feel confident when you have something to mail during your island getaway.
