When you sail yourself, there are a specific set of rules you have to follow to ensure you legally enter the country. As you sail into local waters, you'll need to be sure to fly your yellow "Quarantine" flag, and have all of the required paperwork at the ready for when you meet with customs. This will include, in addition to passports for every person aboard, a crew manifest, a list of the ship's stores, the ship's registration, and your last port of call's release form. A member of customs will review all of this documentation and make the call on whether or not you are cleared to enter the country – and collect the post fees, of course.

Most people who sail to Jolly Harbour will choose to dock at the Jolly Harbour Marina and Boatyard which is located on the Leeward side of the island that is known for its calm, smooth waters. The marina features 140 slips, a work, fuel, and maintenance area, and endless luxury amenities. Of course, there are other locations to consider around the island.
