Traveling to Jost Van Dyke does take some doing, but the peace and quiet, seclusion, and tropical atmosphere make every step of the way worth it.
For North American visitors, the best option is typically to fly into the Cyril E King Airport on the U.S. Virgin Island of St. Thomas. This airport is large enough to accommodate international flights, resulting in the lowest fares, fewest connections and shortest travel time. Not only do most major airlines from the United States offer direct flights from major hubs to the island, some international airlines do as well.

European tourists frequently fly into one of the major international air traffic hubs in the Caribbean, such as the Princess Juliana International Airport in Sint Maarten, or the Luis Muñoz Marín International Airport on Puerto Rico. From there, they can take a short flight to the British Virgin Islands, landing at the Terrence B. Lettsome International Airport on Beef Island.
Since Jost Van Dyke does not have an airport, visitors will typically make connections through Cyril E King Airport on St. Thomas (to the west) or through Terrence B. Lettsome International Airport on Beef Island/Tortola (to the East).
Check the chart below for a listing of scheduled air service from airports in the region. Even if you can't get a flight directly from an airport near you, taking a connecting flight from another airport in the Caribbean could be a very good solution.
