Bolivar Gallery & Antiques

When it comes to purchasing art in Jamaica, Bolivar is a well-known name that you can trust. In business since 1965, Bolivar Gallery & Antiques is the longest-running art gallery in Jamaica. Named for the Latin American hero Simon Bolivar, this gallery features a collection of works by Jamaican and International artists in a wealth of mediums.

On top of hosting a base collection of local and International art work, Bolivar will often put on exhibitions displaying new works and inviting guests to view and perhaps purchase them. On top of selling art, Bolivar has many other talents. Because the gallery is in contact with auction houses in Europe, if you are looking for a particular piece, they may be able to get their hands on it for you. Additionally, Bolivar is able to assess the value of any art work you are currently in possession of.

Framing is also one of their many talents, and there is a collection of special interest books on hand.
