Devon House is a unique landmark. On an island filled with historic plantation houses once owned by white slave owners, Devon house was built by Jamaica's first black millionaire, George Stielbel.

What to Expect

Inside Devon House is a collection of Jamaican, English, and French antiques that date back to the 19th century. A tour of this property takes guests through a huge number of rooms including Palm Hall, the dining room which has a 19th century grandfather clock, a drawing room, a game room that still houses popular games from the 1800s, a sewing room, the grand ballroom with its original chandelier, the master bedroom, a young girls room, and more.
