Capriccio

Andrea Magni is the chef and owner of Capriccio. He attended culinary school iin Milano and was the youngest chef in Italy to get a Michelin Star. He met his wife, Lorella Lucia Scandaletti in the late 1980's and they fell in love and decided to go to Bonaire for their first vacation together, thus beginning Capriccio.

Food

On the menu are various pizzas, including margherita, acciughe, carciofini, capricciosa, parma and salamina. Also on the menu are bruschetta, schiacciata al formaggio, ovoline de mozzarella, various spaghetti combinateions, ravioli di carne al pomodoro and appetizers.

Some of the main courses offered are trancio di pesce grigiato, gamberi in agrodolce and pollo al forno condito con olio e limone. Some of the desserts offered are gelato, sorbetto, tiramisu and zuppa inglese; they also have an extensive coffee menu. You can also order a corporate lunch from here.
