Although there are plenty of people who save space for themselves on the shores daily, the never feel crowded or noisy, instead it feels like a group of kindred spirits looking for a peaceful day at the beach.

If you are wanting to snorkel, a place worth considering is Boqueròn Beach. Boqueron Beach is situated in southeast Puerto Rico, in the quaint waterfront town of Boqueron. The sandy white beach is over a mile long and borders sparkling turquoise waters.
Another alternative for beach-goers to consider is Playa Santa. Lined with resorts, Playa Santa is broken up into several sections of beach belonging to the hotel behind it. There is also a section of public beach where locals come to play.
Bahia Sucia Beach: You can access Bahia Sucia via a pocked dirt road at the end of Route 100. Driving a vehicle with four wheel drive is recommended.
