There is a lot to recommend Turtle Dive Center, beginning with the fact that it was first first French dive center on the island approved to provide SSI training on the Samana Peninsula. Additionally, they are ambassadors for the Dominican Republic leading the way for the protection of the seabed.

Cost and Offerings

Open water dives are available every day of the year. This center specializes in small group dives, only allowing four divers per boat. You can also request one-on-one dives, which is unique in the world of diving.

Scuba certification begins with Try Dive, a $65 per person course. The Scuba Diver course is $230 per person, Open Water Diver is $450 a person, Advanced Open Water is $480, and First Aid and Oxygen Provider is $150(USD). A two tank dive for certified divers is $100(USD), and all dives include equipment, soft drinks, a snack, and a knowledgeable guide.
