With scarcely any development on the beach but with restaurants and other interesting areas nearby, this is a great spot to enjoy a day in the sun before you head out for a lovely dinner as the sun goes down.

Located on the island of Saint Lucia, 0.7 miles south west of Marigot Bay, Roseau Bay is on the North West edge of the island, You should consider stopping by regardless of whether you are staying very close. When you need to spend the afternoon away from tourist-filled hotspots, you should consider going off the beaten path to Roseau Bay.

How to Access The Beach
Boaters docking at Marigot Bay will have easy access to this beach. It's a bit more of a challenge for those coming on land. If you are driving from Castries, you will need to head south on La Toc Rd past Waterfront. Take your first right on the small road after Roseau, and follow it to the shore. A 4-wheel drive is recommended.

Amenities and Ambiance

The unspoiled shoreline of Roseau Bay is one of the most unspoiled and secluded spots on the west coast of the island. The beach is lined with flourishing palm trees, and steep green hills provide the perfect backdrop to this natural paradise. The waters of Roseau Bay are calm and clear, which make for favorable swimming conditions.

Also, you have the option of trying the restaurant located right on Roseau Bay. There are plenty of dining experiences that vacationers can enjoy on St. Lucia, but eating at the beach can be especially fun. So, you may wish to consider getting pre-packed lunches from your hotel if they offer them. Otherwise, you could easily grab some of St. Lucia's famous street food along the way.

The concession stand on-site could come in handy, even if you plan to have lunch elsewhere. On some days, it may be possible to get lunch from one of the mobile vendors who are generally found here.

Please note that public restrooms are not available, but you may be able to find facilities at a nearby business. Fortunately, the water here is clear and good for snorkeling, so bring your equipment if you're wanting to check out the underwater sites. The bay at Marigot Beach is a popular docking spot for boaters. Yachts and other recreational boats frequently stop at these picturesque shores, including some of the region's most expensive sea crafts.

If you happen to go for coasts which offer those who visit an angelic haven, then you will want to try Roseau Bay; it is located in a less urban section of Saint Lucia.
