Spring Sugar Mill

One of the final sugar mills to close down, Spring Sugar Mill continued to produce sugar and rum until the early 1900's. Visitors to the site will be able to catch a glimpse of a major facet of the island's early economy.

What to Expect

The site is still home to a variety of ruins and tools that were used in the production. Additionally, the area is known as a good place to get away from the city and go for a nice long walk.

The Mill today is in ruins, and the area is overgrown with plants. However, you will still be able to see much of the remains.
