In truth, Marsh Harbour's beaches are the least popular among swimmers and watersports enthusiasts. Sailing and fishing are much more desired pastimes here. There are three private beaches that are only for guests of the hotels that are set upon them, but most people will recommend that those looking for a good beach with easy access head south of Little Harbour instead.
You'll find a large number of beaches to choose from, though they are all located just outside of Marsh Harbour. Just click on specific names to read a detailed article concerning that beach.
Tahiti Beach: The waters here are popular with sail-boaters, and the isolated beach is fantastically quiet and romantic. You can't drive here, so expect some time alone away from the crowds.
A second option to consider is Garabonzo Beach. Garabonoz Beach happens to be on a lesser developed , but populated island. This means you will be able to find plenty of places dock your boat and drive, but you will not be able to fly directly onto Elbow Cay.
Snake Cay: Snake Cay is accessible via a bridge from Great Abaco Island.
