Pointe du Marin

The small Pointe du Marin is more of a sightseer's beach than a swimming one. With a rapid drop-off and heavy maritime traffic, this beach is better suited for sitting on the sand and watching the boats than going for a dip. Those wanting to kayak around the marinas here might have some luck using this as a push-off point though.

Located in the heart of Le Marin, Pointe du Marin is on the South East edge of Martinique. You might want whether or not you're staying very close. Those of you who spend part of the afternoon at this beach can make the most of their relaxation time without having to wander too far from civilization.

How to Access The Beach
Luckily, the area is full of modern roads and it is easy to drive to the beach. City traffic can be confusing though, so make sure to get up to date directions. Generally, however, taking the Highway La Agnes, and taking Rue Victor Schoelcher South will take you to the beach.

Amenities and Ambiance

Please note that public restrooms are not available, which is something to consider if you plan to spend a full day in the sun.

Pointe du Marin offers an angelic and tranquil haven, especially since the region surrounding the beach contains little build-up and is free of urbanization.
