Harrold & Wilsons Ponds National Park spans 250 acres full of diverse ecosystems.
Over 100 avian species make their home at this spot, including herons, egrets, ibises, and cormorants. As you venture through the park, you will travel along a long boardwalk that is elevated off the ground. Not only does this protect visitors from bugs, snakes, and other such dangers, but it also protects the natural state of the park.
Located 3.1 mi. south west of downtown Nassau, Harrold & Wilson Ponds National Park happily welcomes residents and visitors rooming in this part of the city or a nearby area. But even if you aren't staying in this location, you should feel free to stop by to enjoy a great time.
