The menu varies daily, based on availability of the freshest ingredients and the mood of the chef. All pastas, gnocchi, and breads are homemade daily. All sauces, salsas, and dips are also prepared onsite each day. The fish of the day is often served several ways, including blackened, steamed with Salsa, or prepared with a traditional French white wine and butter sauce.

Examples of other main courses for dinner include filet mignon, surf and turf, marinated shrimp, risotto of the day, pasta or gnocchi of the day and homemade ravioli of the day; if you're lucky, you may get to try some lobster poached in a citrus cream sauce, herb marinated shrimp skewers or herb or panko crusted chicken.

For lunch, a variety of sandwiches are available, with options like BLT with garlic aioli, cheeseburger with a special sauce, two hot lobster rolls, steak with caramelized onions and a horseradish sauce and many more. The Gin Trap is family friendly and the children have a specialized menu with tried and true favorites like chicken fingers, fish sticks, cheeseburgers and toasted chicken wraps.

Take your time and truly enjoy a full meal by finishing your dining experience with one of their delectable deserts. With options like fresh from the oven chocolate chip cookies with chocolate milk, chocolate molten came with creme chantilly, creme bruleee, their famous key lime pie, trio of mini pies and homemade Italian granita, it's going to be hard deciding on just one dessert!

This dining option's open during both dinner and lunch, so make time to stop by; you could find a new favorite food.
