Mill Privée

Mill Privée, which is part of Montpelier Plantation, is located in Pond Hill, a neighborhood in Saint George Gingerland Parish; a mile and a half (three kilometers) to the east-southeast of Charlestown. Seafood and International panache go well together at this popular fine dining establishment.

Dining takes place inside a 17th century sugar mill that only seats 12 people at a time. This ensures that each guest is well taken care of, and enjoys an intimate and romantic atmosphere.

Coral Grill

Nelson's Spring | (869) 469-1111

Coral Grill, a part of Four Seasons Nevis, can be found in Nelson's Spring, a neighborhood in Saint Thomas Lowland Parish; 2.0 miles to the north-northwest of Charlestown. Perhaps you could guess that this place is best known for International themed dishes and of course seafood, but here they're also good at steak.

Fresh seafood and high end cuts of meat dazzle on the menu at the Coral Grill.

The Gin Trap

Saint James Windward Parish | (869) 469-8230

The Gin Trap

Set on the western outskirts of Saint James Windward Parish, in the same vicinity as Newcastle, The Gin Trap is on Jones Bay. If you're curious, Charlestown is approximately five miles (approximately seven and a half kilometers) to the south. Guests who want pasta will fully like dining here during a visit to Saint James Windward Parish.

The menu varies daily, based on availability of the freshest ingredients and the mood of the chef. All pastas, gnocchi, and breads are homemade daily. All sauces, salsas, and dips are also prepared onsite each day. The fish of the day is often served several ways, including blackened, steamed with Salsa, or prepared with a traditional French white wine and butter sauce.

Examples of other main courses for dinner include filet mignon, surf and turf, marinated shrimp, risotto of the day, pasta or gnocchi of the day and homemade ravioli of the day; if you're lucky, you may get to try some lobster poached in a citrus cream sauce, herb marinated shrimp skewers or herb or panko crusted chicken.

For lunch, a variety of sandwiches are available, with options like BLT with garlic aioli, cheeseburger with a special sauce, two hot lobster rolls, steak with caramelized onions and a horseradish sauce and many more. The Gin Trap is family friendly and the children have a specialized menu with tried and true favorites like chicken fingers, fish sticks, cheeseburgers and toasted chicken wraps.

Take your time and truly enjoy a full meal by finishing your dining experience with one of their delectable deserts. With options like fresh from the oven chocolate chip cookies with chocolate milk, chocolate molten came with creme chantilly, creme bruleee, their famous key lime pie, trio of mini pies and homemade Italian granita, it's going to be hard deciding on just one dessert!

Cabana

Cabana is a part of Four Seasons Nevis, and is a logical selection worth considering if you're going to spend time visiting this neighborhood. It is 2.0 miles north-northwest of Charlestown. Perhaps you could guess that this place is best known for International cooking and their signature staple of salads, but we shouldn't forget they're also fawned-over for another favorite, sandwiches.

Great open windows, striped awnings, and comfy furniture give this spot a beachy feel.
