Clifton Heritage Park

Clifton Heritage Park is a great way to get an overview of nature in the Bahamas. Whether you're interested in birdwatching, camping, fishing, snorkeling, or hiking, there is space to participate in all of these activities on site.

There are dozens of attractions within Clifton Heritage Park including the Great House, Clifton's Stone Wharf, Goulding Cay, Clifton's Beaches, Stone Steps, Carriage House, Johnstone Well, Sacred Space, and the Wetlands of Clifton. Also throughout the park, you will encounter 3.5 miles of historic stone walls.

Located on the island of New Providence, 0.8 miles south west of Clifton Bay, Clifton Heritage Park invites customers who are lodging on this part of the island. Even if you are not staying in this location, you should consider stopping by for some fun in the sun. It is west-southwest of Cable Beach.

Nearby Restaurants

Park visitors that work up an appetite don't need to worry -- you'll discover numerous choices of local restaurants within traveling distance. Azul, which plates up Caribbean fare, is also the closest restaurant to the park. The dining establishment is a brief distance away, but removed enough that you might decide to make plans for using some means of transportation to get there. Aviva and Footprints are some more nearby lunch and dinner possibilities. At Footprints you and your companions shouldn't end your meal without ordering a plate of their specialty, hamburgers, among others.
