There are a large selection of beaches to consider, though all of them are found just outside of Noord. Snorkeling is available at some locations, for vacationers who enjoy the underwater scene. Click on individual names for a detailed review of that section of the coast.
One beach with snorkeling is Eagle Beach. Eagle Beach is a wide expanse of pristine white sand that stretches along Aruba's coast for miles, hugging gentle waters with small waves. The beach is easily accessible and lined with hotels directly across the street.
Another good choice for those who enjoy snorkeling is Malmok Beach. The beach at Malmok is a narrow sandy stretch surrounded by beds of coral up on shore. The water is shallow and among the clearest in Aruba giving perfect swimming and snorkeling conditions.
Boca Catalina: The water is clear and the currents are not very strong. Expect to swim out a couple hundred feet to reach deep enough waters for really good snorkeling.
