The Museo de Arte e Historia de San Juan stands where once was a marketplace. Now, the museum is home to two exhibition spaces, showcasing Puerto Rican history and the other specific to San Juan's history. The story of the island and the city are told through maps, photos, and paintings, and all though everything is in Spanish, a handout with English translations makes it easy for English-speaking guest to enjoy the show.
