The Historical Museum of Aruba follows Aruban history from the first settlers to modern day, showcasing some of the island's greatest achievements, as well as its most difficult challenges. Founded in 1983, three years before Aruba's independence, the museum would play a crucial role in preserving the island's heritage.

Exhibits

There are several exhibits in the museum that will help give anyone a deeper understanding of the Aruban story, an insight into its rich history, and a look at how the islanders have grown as a people.
