Immediately north of Each Beach, which is the most popular on the island, is where Palm Beach begins. This stretch of sand is very busy thanks to tourists staying in the high-rise district who spend their days sunning in the sand, and swimming and snorkeling in the water. Watersurfing is also popular here, drawing in even more activity.
There are several beaches to consider in and around the area. Snorkeling is an option at several locations, if some members of your party enjoy this relaxing pastime. You can click on the name of each beach to read a detailed article concerning that section of the coast.
Hadicurari Beach: Hadicuri, also known as Fisherman's Huts, is a white sand beach with some pebbles and shells near the shore. The water here is very shallow and great for swimming in, or, for those who prefer to stay dry, shade huts are placed along the beach to provide respite from the sun.
A second option for beach-goers to consider is Malmok Beach. Water sports are a particularly popular activity at Malmok, but if lounging in the sand is your thing, no worries. The atmosphere is relaxed and you can watch as sailboats and catamarans come in and out during the day to let snorkelers off in the shallow waters.
Manchebo Beach: Located in front of several small hotels, Manchebo Beach is Aruba's largest beach and one of the island's only topless beaches. A wide stretch of white sand leads down to the choppy ocean and the area is peaceful and tranquil.
