Immediately north of Each Beach, which is the most popular on the island, is where Palm Beach begins. This stretch of sand is very busy thanks to tourists staying in the high-rise district who spend their days sunning in the sand, and swimming and snorkeling in the water. Watersurfing is also popular here, drawing in even more activity.
You'll find an abundance of beaches to enjoy in and around the area. Snorkeling is available at some of these beaches, for people who enjoy the underwater scene. Just click on the name of each beach for more information concerning that particular stretch of sand.
A beach scene that's good for snorkeling is Eagle Beach. Eagle Beach is a wide expanse of pristine white sand that stretches along Aruba's coast for miles, hugging gentle waters with small waves. The beach is easily accessible and lined with hotels directly across the street.
Another good choice for snorkelers is Malmok Beach. Easily accessible by car (plenty of parking) and taxi. Public transport is also a nice option - the Malmok bus stop lets you off right at the beach.
Manchebo Beach: The water off of Manchebo Beach is too rough for water sports, but that just means fewer crowds, less noise, and more relaxation.
