On the western coast of Paradise Island is the stunning Paradise Beach. Both motorized and non-motorized water sports are available here, as well as other water activities including diving and snorkeling. You can explore wrecks, caves and underwater sea gardens here, then go parasailing for an aerial view.

Located near the heart of Paradise Island, close to Potters Cay, Paradise Beach is on the South West edge of the island, You should consider dropping by regardless of whether you're staying particularly close by. Although you'll make many choices while on vacation, choosing a suitable beach may be one of the more important things you do. Paradise Beach is one of many fun beaches in the Bahamas to consider.

How to Access The Beach
The beach is fairly easy to access, and parking areas exist close to the beach for those driving onto the island. Once you cross the bridge onto the island, take Paradise Beach Dr west (to the left), cross another small bridge, and you'll find a parking area on the left not far after the bridge. Walking north from the parking lot will take you to Paradise Beach, while walking south will take you to Casuarina Beach.

Amenities and Ambiance

There are a number of small huts which provide a welcomed respite from the sun on this mile long strip of magnificent white powdery sand. The beach is considered one of the most beautiful beaches in all of the Bahamas, and the view at sunset will show you exactly why.

Unfortunately, public restrooms aren't available, though you may be able to use the facilities at a nearby business.

Be mindful that the area surrounding Paradise Beach is a bustling area, so plan accordingly.
