L'Escargot opened on Front Street almost 40 years, and with the same proprietors running the show to this day, it is the oldest restaurant under the same management team in the whole of St. Maarten. A pleasant combination of fine French cuisine, friendly service, and an electric atmosphere has kept this spot running, and will continue to do so for years to come.

There are several different styles of escargot on the menu, and seafood is an option as well.
