From the restaurant, Simpson Bay is two miles (three and a half kilometers) to the east-southeast. Fabulously fresh fish and Fusion fare make for a bold combo at this friendly, fine foods restaurant. <p>Temptations offers a variety of Internationally themed dishes that have all been fused to include Asian flavors, ingredients, or traditions, creating a unique cuisine that includes such dishes as Asian Beef Filet Mignon and Ginger Roasted Duck.</p>

Bajatzu is located in the general vicinity of Point Pirouette; it is 1.4 miles to the west of Simpson Bay. Situated 2.7 miles south of Marigot, Fusion is on the premises of Paradise Mall, and is a good choice for people who are going to check out this section of Sint Maarten. This is one local eatery that's enjoyed, not merely for its Fusion themed dishes and of course seafood, but wouldn't you know they're also dubbed a hotspot for steak. <p>Fusion seeks out the finest and freshest ingredients available, regardless of how far they have to go to find them. This restaurant doesn't limit itself by serving only one style of food. French, Italian, Creole, Caribbean, Asian -- it's all there, and if it tastes good and looks good, Fusion might just put it on their menu for a night to give it a shot.</p>
