The oldest dive shop in town, this center has remained small (but busy!) despite the area's growth as a popular tourist destination since it opened in 1983.
All courses and dive excursions are kept small to promote quality over quantity, making certain each guests knows that they have their instructor or tour guide's full attention. The team is multilingual, so whether your first language is English, Spanish, French, German, or Italian, there is someone on-site to help you out. All tours leave the premises at 9:00 a.m., 11:00 a.m., and 1:00 p.m.
Dives range in price from $50 to a one tank ocean five to $85(UD) for a two tank ocean dive. Specialty dives are also available, including a cavern/cenote dive for $125, a night dive for $80, and a trip to Cozumel for two dives for $100(USD) not including transportation.
If you're one who needs PADI training, you'll spend $110(USD) on Discover Scuba the most basic course you can take before diving. You can continue your education from PADI Scuba Diving for $215 all the way through Advanced Open Water for $325(USD).
Diving is not the only sport that Cyan-Ha specializes in, however. You can also rent snorkeling equipment for $10 a day, paddle boards for $25 a day, jet skis for $100 an hour, parasails for $65 a day, and catamarans for $70(USD) an hour including the guide. If you're interested in a fishing excursion, they are available by advanced appointment only for $250 for four people for four hours.
