Some of the various exhibits at the Ponce History Museum includes such collections as historical documents and maps from early Puerto Rico, as well as paintings and models that help present images of Puerto Rican history. As you walk from exhibit to exhibit, there will also be models and video clips to give you a better idea of the topic, and present a unique insight into the time period. You also have the opportunity to join a guided tour, with guides presenting in both English and Spanish.

Folks coming to Ponce History Museum will be able to enjoy a modest selection of outdoor activity options like playing a few holes of golf and taking to the coast within traveling distance. Tourists with an interest in trying out their skills on the green, might want to do so at the most convenient golfing option, which is Costa Caribe Golf & Country Club. If golf doesn't tickle your fancy, there's no need to fret - go over to Playa de Ponce, the closest beach. Although you might find your options limited, one or two other similar outdoor options can be reached from Ponce History Museum. The museum is closed on Mondays. During the rest of the week feel free to visit anytime between 8:00am and 4:00pm.
