Ponce History Museum

Discover the past of Ponce, and how it played a role in the development of the Puerto Rico identity. Guests will be presented a historical and cultural experience from one of the premier museums in Puerto Rico.

Exhibits

Some of the various exhibits at the Ponce History Museum includes such collections as historical documents and maps from early Puerto Rico, as well as paintings and models that help present images of Puerto Rican history. As you walk from exhibit to exhibit, there will also be models and video clips to give you a better idea of the topic, and present a unique insight into the time period. You also have the opportunity to join a guided tour, with guides presenting in both English and Spanish.

The museum is closed on Mondays. During the rest of the week feel free to visit anytime between 8:00am and 4:00pm.
